Carla Winckler

Managing Partner

Carla Winckler is a Commercial Engineer (major in Business Administration) with a solid academic background and extensive experience in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, and Contract Management. She has successfully led teams in both private and public sector organizations, across productive and service-oriented industries. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong ability to manage change and business challenges, achieving tangible results in the structural and cultural transformation of the organizations she has worked with. She has strengthened the management of key areas such as Administration, Human Resources, and Performance Control, consistently contributing to the achievement of organizational goals. Her leadership style is characterized by a strategic vision, the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams, and the capacity to advise executive management on business strategy and organizational development. As a Strategic Partner in Human Capital Management, she has fostered collaboration and trust-based relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external, to drive common objectives. In addition, she has served as a University Professor at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. She is certified at an intermediate level in Public Procurement and has completed postgraduate diplomas in Human Capital Management and in Business and Administration. Fluent in Spanish, with intermediate proficiency in English and French, she is well-equipped to perform effectively in international and multicultural environments.

Edwin Arancibia

COO

Edwin Arancibia is a professional with over 30 years of experience in social innovation, public management, and territorial development, possessing a strong track record in public–private projects, sustainability, and entrepreneurship promotion. Edwin holds a Master degree in Regional Economics and Management and is a PhD Candidate in Education and Educational Management. He has led CORFO and FNDR initiatives and community-impact programs, building an integrative approach that combines regional economics, innovation, and social capital. As an executive director and founder of organizations focused on sustainable development and social transformation, Edwin has also served as a university professor in undergraduate and graduate programs on management, economics, business, and organizational leadership. His work bridges strategic vision and operational management, specializing in purpose-driven business models and circular economy initiatives. Fluent in English and German, he holds complementary certifications in coaching, mindfulness, and circular economy. Edwin maintains a glocal perspective that connects education, innovation, and regional development toward creating collaborative and sustainable value.

Isidora Azócar Olivares

Senior Associate

Isidora Azócar Olivares is a certified Scrum Master and Industrial Engineer with over three and a half years of experience in project management across the technology and construction sectors. She specializes in agile methodologies, data analysis, and process automation, leading large-scale projects that enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation. Her background includes operations management, resource optimization, and the implementation of technological systems focused on continuous improvement and productivity. A graduate of Universidad Mayor, she holds a Diploma in Operations Management from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and the Scrum Master Professional Certificate (SMPC). Her key strengths include budget management, interdisciplinary collaboration, and effective communication. She is bilingual in Spanish and English, enabling her to work fluently in multicultural and global environments.
